Exterior Carpenter

**We’re Hiring**
With 27+ jobs active and more lined up, Fort Sask Reno Inc. is looking to add a reliable **Lead Hand Carpenter** to our team. This is a key leadership position where you'll help run job sites, support our crew, and make sure things are built right and on time.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead small crews and mentor junior workers
- Work on a variety of jobs: siding, windows, doors, basements, bathrooms, and more
- Install siding (wood, vinyl, metal), soffit, fascia, decks, capping, fences, rigid exterior insulation, and exterior trim
- General carpentry, demolition, and window/door installs
- Help with client communication and job documentation using Jobber and CompanyCam

**What You Bring**:

- 5+ years hands-on experience in carpentry and exterior renovations
- Comfortable leading jobs independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation
- PPE and a basic set of tools (tape, hammer, drill, etc.)
- Experience with painting or finishing work is a plus
- Safety tickets (Fall Arrest, CSTS, etc.) are an asset

**Work Conditions**:

- Outdoor work year-round except extreme weather
- Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs, use ladders/scaffolding up to 20 ft (occasional work up to 60 ft)
- Jobs mainly in Fort Saskatchewan and surrounding areas (within 1-hour radius)

**Schedule & Pay**:

- Full-time, permanent (Monday to Friday, typically 8-10 hrs/day)
- Overtime available
- 9.6% vacation pay per pay period
- Benefits after 6 months: dental, extended health, life insurance
- Cell phone allowance provided

Pay: $33.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
