**What You’ll Do**:

- Run job sites and direct less experienced workers
- Work on jobs like siding, basements, bathrooms, doors, and windows
- Install all types of siding (wood, vinyl, metal), soffit, fascia, decks, capping, rigid insulation, fencing, and trim
- General carpentry, demolition, painting, and finishing
- Use Jobber and CompanyCam to document and track jobs

**What You Bring**:

- 5+ years in exterior renovations or carpentry
- Strong leadership and jobsite experience
- Clean, professional communication and a problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Basic hand tools and PPE
- Safety tickets and painting/finishing experience are a plus

**Perks & Work Conditions**:

- Full-time, permanent (Mon-Fri, 8-10 hrs/day)
- 9.6% vacation pay on every cheque

Pay: $33.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:
