**What We Are Looking For**

Are you a hands-on problem-solver who loves variety in your work, thrives in the field, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time? Chamco is on the lookout for a high-energy, mechanically savvy Field Service Technician to join our dynamic service team

At Chamco, our technicians are the heart of what we do. You’ll be the go-to expert handling field installations, site rebuilds, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and warranty repairs on air compressors, dryers, pumps, and related equipment across various customer sites.

We are looking for tradespeople with the following qualifications:

- Apprentice 3-4th Year, Red Seal Certified in Millwright, Electrical Motor Technician, or Machinist
- Experienced in PM & Repairs / Installations with strong mechanical skills
- Strong mechanical & diagnostic skills. You know your way around pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- A passion for solving complex problems and delivering high-quality work
- Valid Class 5 AB License
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Valid Passport for Training in USA
- On Call Rotation with occasional after hours callout
- Commitment to following safety standards and procedures
- Travel within Alberta as needed, including occasional overnights.
- Alcohol and Drug Free work place
- Key Responsibilities Include:_
- Must be able to travel within AB and in the United States occasionally for factory training. Remaining time is a combination of travel to local sites and shop work.
- Service Technicians must supply their own hand tools up to 7/8”, including a proper compliment of tools as requested.
- All work is to be performed in a safe manner and in accordance with the company HSE policies.
- All employees must understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Clean drivers abstract must be provided at time of hire and annual driver’s abstracts are reviewed.
- Must be able to complete Drug & Alcohol testing.
