**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

We are seeking a Junior Production Planning Analyst.

This role will be based out of our Eastside Facility in Etobicoke. The hours of work will be **3**:30 PM to 11:30 PM.**

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Leads data management initiatives in the 123 Eastside facility. The Production Planning Analyst will ensure data integrity to assure sound data-based decisions for all stakeholders.
- Compiles work order data from manufacturing facilities to ensure planned production is realized at the right timeline
- Evaluates work orders across all facilities for compliance or deviations to the production plan including root cause analysis for yield deviations, delays, inventory shortages and rejections.
- Creates and files deviation reports for work orders that do not comply with established production plans. Outlines reasons behind deviation and ensure that stakeholders are aware to improve processes and ultimately address the issue at hand.
- Supports operations in providing and analyzing performance data to determine opportunities for improvement and sources of loss.
- Compile and re-evaluate production performance metrics [capacity, line speed, product cycle time] to ensure data is relevant with current equipment and personnel capacities
- Tracks and analyzes work order fulfillment in relation to inventory availability, delivery delays and quality rejections.
- Compile and analyze inventory rejection data to provide support for the procurement team on opportunity cost on lost production and labor cost for rework.
- Compiles and analyzes facility expense data to determine budget compliance, variances in period expenses and opportunity to maximize output while maintaining costs.
- Optimizes labor costs and facility output by ensuring work orders targets lower costs per unit output.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- College/University diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any relevant designation
- 3+ year experience as an analyst in a manufacturing environment required. 3+ years experience in an ERP environment [MS Dynamics 365/SAP]
- Advanced knowledge on MS Office suit particularly in Excel, ability to multi-task with attention to detail and strong expertise in successfully developing, implementing, and measuring strategies, policies and programs in the areas of supply chain, inventory etc.
- Leads collaboratively by partnering with others internally and externally to engage multiple stakeholders, foster alignment, gain consensus and influence outcomes
- Strong analytical, coordination and project management skills with ability to prioritize changing and conflicting demands, meet deadlines, and stay productive under pressure
