Automated Systems Integration Specialist

_Brimich is a family owned and operated 3PL & warehousing company. We are a growing organization and currently looking for an _**Automtated Systems Integration Specialist **_to join our winning team and help lead our business grow and improve._
**Job Summary Statement**:
**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:
- Translate business requirements and challenges into comprehensive, complete, and accurate functional specifications.
- Design and implement solutions to resolve system issues and process inefficiencies.
- Advise on system configuration requirements during the onboarding phase for new clients.
- Develop user manuals, functional specifications and other project-related documentation.
- Assist with the development, regular review, and updating of information systems standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide training and ongoing support to the company’s user base.
**Experience, Skills & Competencies**:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience programming experience (SQL, Javascript, NodeJS, VBA, REST APIs)
- Project Management experience / certification is_ **highly desirable**_.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage schedules and timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding deadlines.
- Relevant experience in leading people & teams and managing projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability and patience to explain technical terms / solutions to non-technical users & customers.
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong technical background with experience or exposure to any of the following:
- Warehouse Management Systems (e.g. ProVision, SAP, Accellos)
- Yard Management Systems (e.g. YMS, YardSmart)
- Labelling software (Bartender)
- Transportation Management Systems (e.g. HighJump, BlueJay)
- EDI integration (standards-based, custom)
- Custom Reporting Warehouse Automation solutions (pallet shuttles, automated guided vehicles, drones, voice pick).
- Warehouse Automation and systems integration
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions for a large user base across multiple locations and time zones.
- Innovative, collaborative, resourceful with a commitment to quality.
- Willingness to take additional training and engage in ongoing professional development.
- _**Must have a valid driver’s license for travel as required to site locations.**_
- _**Must be flexible and willing to work occasional off hours to meet business demands.**_
