**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Help with set up and take down of program equipment;
- Instruct and lead activities and small-sided games based on the supplied curriculum;
- Create a fun and inclusive environment for all players;
- Ensure the safety and supervision of all players;
- Participate in a coach orientation & education session before the season; and
- Additional team tasks as assigned.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience coaching soccer;
- Strong communication skills;
- Comfortable working with children and youth;
- A self-motivated team player with effective interpersonal skills;
- Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities;
- Must commit to the full 11-week program, including the end of season Festival

(Saturday, August 12);
- Complete a valid Vulnerable Sector Police Records Check; and
- Complete Respect in Sport certification.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and your level of Coaching certification.

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
