**What is the job about?**

We at Grundfos Canada are looking for a Project Manager to join our CSSC (Customer Sales Support Center) team and handle on our Commercial Building Services projects.

As a CSSC Project Manager, you will maximize profitable sales through delivery of projects from order fulfilment to after sales to time, cost and quality in a professional manner to the satisfaction of customers.

You will report to the CSSC Manager and work on a hybrid schedule out of our Oakville, ON office.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Manage medium complexity projects utilizing the agreed systems and project execution processes, in a timely fashion, either via our ERP system, SAP SD, SAP Project management system or Extranet / E trading.
- Support quotation and proposal outputs for medium complexity projects to be delivered at time cost and quality.
- Coordinate sub-suppliers and sub-contractors with supply agreements and ensure alignment of service levels for medium complexity projects.
- Assist Health & Safety and quality team with auditing and assessing of sub-suppliers.
- Handle customer issues if and when these arise working closely with the Proposals Team.
- Liaise with the Proposals team, customers and Senior Project Managers on delivery and supply chain, as required.
- Good understanding of the customers’ requirements either communicated via phone, e mail or other media.
- Compilation of handover documentation in line with the agreed format and standards.
- Knowledge of product features advantages and benefits, and be able to professionally represent these to the customer.
- Support the manager to prepare detailed monthly KPI analysis, and action plan and deliver to management in order to track goals.
- Managing risk and opportunities associated with the programme of projects being delivered at any one time.
- Support the manager to Work with the Finance / Credit Control Team to secure on time payment.
- Support any logistics activities in the workshop to ensure timely and accurate delivery to site, as required.

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Most likely to have 3-4 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
- Subject matter expertise of delivering projects within a technically complex and diverse environment on time, cost and quality.
- Good communication skills, negotiation abilities and organizational skills.
- Business and technical experience, with a talent for enabling productive communication between groups.
- Experience in successfully engaging different groups of stakeholders in difficult and complex situations.
- Familiarity with SAPr3 / SAP Customer Relationship Manager / Business Warehouse would be an advantage.
- Subject matter expertise with project management systems and tools, e.g. Prince and SAP PS.
- Experience in effectively handling the delivery of multiple medium complexity projects at the same time.
- Management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation.
