- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers with equipment rental and selection.
- Answer questions about the driving range, golf etiquette, and rules.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Ensure that golf balls are clean and in good condition.
- Collect and distribute golf balls using range equipment (ball picker).
- Inspect and maintain golf ball dispensers and other range equipment.
- **Safety and Rules Enforcement**:

- Enforce safety rules and regulations for the driving range.
- Monitor the range for any unsafe behavior or misuse of equipment.
- Provide guidance on proper golf swing techniques and etiquette.
- **Range Operations**:

- Set up and organize the driving range area, including flags, target markers, and signage.
- Manage the flow of customers on the driving range, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Keep track of the inventory of golf balls and order new stock as needed.
- **Cash Handling and Transactions**:

- Handle cash transactions for equipment rentals, bucket purchases, and any other services offered.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and provide receipts as necessary.
- **Facility Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as picking up litter, emptying trash bins, and keeping the area clean.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or facility issues to the appropriate personnel.
- **Customer Assistance**:

- Assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have.
- Provide basic golf tips or advice to beginners, if requested.
- **Promotions and Marketing**:

- Implement promotional activities to attract more customers to the driving range.
- Distribute promotional materials and information about any events or specials.
- Post on social media accounts regularly.
- **Training and Certification**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, safety standards, and best practices.
- Obtain any required certifications or training related to the role.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with other staff members and management.
- Relay important information to customers regarding any changes in operations or upcoming events.

It's important for a golf driving range attendant to be customer-oriented, knowledgeable about golf fundamentals, and capable of handling various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and effective communication skills are also crucial for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour
