70 Acre is looking to grow our kitchen team We are Strathcona County's original brewery, located in Sherwood Park. We make our food from scratch, starting with our Neapolitan style pizza.

Line Cook Job Responsibilities:

- Setup and stock food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cook food items to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks

Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:

- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Ability to work as a team member
- Follows directions and instructions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person
