As we rapidly grow our team and locations, GraceMed is looking for experienced Clinic Managers to join our Plastic Surgery/Aesthetics Clinics across the GTA.
As the Clinic Manager, your focus is to drive performance goals in areas like patient acquisition & retention, provide exceptional patient outcomes, drive physician & staff engagement as well as meet operational targets. The Clinic Manager is a culture captain for the clinic to ensure a positive and friendly team environment and models the GraceMed brand, values, and lifestyle.

**Responsibilities**:
Clinic Operations
- Driver of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets with the clinic team.
- Ensure practice is following GraceMed’s luxury service model, inspiring exceptional patient outcomes and service including the resolution of patient concerns or issues.
- Manage the coordination and clinic flow, in all of the various practices, specific to their location: medical aesthetics, dermatology, and surgical.
- In collaboration with the Regional Director report clinic targets and strategies to achieve the overall clinic budget.
- Analyzes and monitors Key Performance Indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and deficiencies; under the guidance of the Regional Director takes action to positively impact sales and profit.
- Constantly providing feedback to Regional Director on how patient experience and clinic flow can improve.
- Monitors clinic capacity and implements strategies to ensure that it is optimal.
People and Culture:
- Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process for in-clinic roles.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of new employees.
- Drives team member engagement in partnership with GraceMed leadership.
- Motivate, challenge, and gather input from team members to achieve clinic targets.
- Prepare work schedules including overseeing physician and provider schedules to optimize bookings.
- Mentor and coach employees through performance management, consistent feedback, and regular check-ins.
- Conduct regularly scheduled team member huddles and meetings.
- Assign team members duties and responsibilities and oversee accuracy and completion.
- Align to provide open and honest communication with the clinic team members.
- Review and approve hours worked by staff by payroll deadlines.
- Escalating employee relations issues to the People and Culture department, as required.
Finance and Inventory:
- Attain budget through management of the Profit and Loss Statement.
- Complete routine reports on revenue and clinic KPIs in a timely manner.
- Generate inventory records and conduct month count; submit count to finance as per deadlines.
- Manage clinic credit card, receipts, expenses, and petty cash.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Medical Office Manager or equivalent position, in the private practice sector where customer service is a key business driver.
- Solid organizational and leadership abilities with proven experience managing people
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Knowledge of the industry's healthcare legal rules and guidelines
- In-depth knowledge of diverse practice functions and operations
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office, practice management software & patient engagement software
