This is what you will be responsible for:

- Answering all customer service calls, text and electronic communication in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about services such as pricing and services procedures.
- Collecting and processing payments.
- Following up with return customers.
- Entering / booking jobs in google calendars.
- Communicating with technicians on the road.
- Responsible for responding to company online platforms and social media traffic.

Requierements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Experience working on the phone
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite and social media
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Positive and assertive personality a must.
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- Time management skills are a must
- Highly organized, attentive to details, able to change tasks readily according to priority
- Autonomous, independent, fast learner, and proactive
- A strong team player and taking initiative to support the team
- Knowledgeable of the GTA and surrounding areas

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
