**Program Management Office Coordinator**:
The Program Management Office Coordinator reports directly to the Deputy Program Manager Build Support and is responsible for providing administrative support in the drafting, coordination and submission of various reports and presentations. The PMO Coordinator assists in administering and carrying out all program related activities.

**Duties and Accountabilities**
- Assists the Program Management Office in the coordination and execution of assigned project activities and deliverables.
- Works together with various departments to ensure the project delivers on expectations.
- Coordinates and helps collate program metrics to measure program performance. Prepares invoices, invoice backup documentation and reports.
- Coordinates the production of program reports and presentations that highlight project status and project performance against established goals and objectives.
- Responsible for coordinating office workflow and maintaining change log, server folders and SharePoint.
- Works with departmental representatives, suppliers, contractors, and team members in resolving outstanding program issues. Supports Supply Chain in uploading the Bill of Material.
- Enters and maintains data related to project delivery as directed by the Project Manager into various systems, including Work Breakdown Structure, labour and material budgets.
- Records departmental commitments identified during project meetings and distributes meeting minutes. Works closely with and supports project personnel.
- Performs additional duties as required.

**Education and Experience**
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in a project/program office environment.
- Experience working in Work Breakdown Structure desired.
- Experience leading document control and configuration management would be beneficial.

**Skills, Knowledge and Competencies**
- Working knowledge of record retention, bookkeeping or main level accounting.
- Knowledge of shipyard practices is an asset.
- Proven track record in running multiple priorities in a matrix environment.
- Knowledge of document control systems and databases.
- Proficiency working with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and planning systems (Primavera and MS Project preferred).
- Knowledge of JD Edwards system and SAP BI.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all departments and levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated initiative, innovation and integrity in performing work.
- Ability to maintain and handle highly confidential information.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve.
