Proposal Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities/Duties**:
- Coordinate, write, edit, and format proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations.
- Maintain and update proposal templates, resumes, project descriptions, and company qualifications.
- Ensure proposals adhere to client requirements, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage proposal timelines, deadlines, and review schedules.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy of all proposal content.
- Assist in the creation of visual elements, such as organizational charts, infographics, and cover pages.
- Maintain a repository of past proposals, boilerplate content, and client requirements for future use.
**Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in proposal coordination or technical writing (preferably in the engineering and/or construction sector).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Familiarity with government and private-sector proposal processes (and bid platforms) will be considered an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
