**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum baccalaureate degree in a healthcare field, relevant experience required.
- Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Minimum 5 years Emergency experience required.
- Lean certification Green Belt required or Black Belt preferred.
- Six Sigma preparations is an asset.
- Experience in continuous process improvement, using Lean methodology and tools, in a healthcare setting is required.
- Able to develop and utilize effective performance indicators
- Demonstrated experience with process/value stream mapping, process design/redesign and workflow management.
- Demonstrated project and change management skills in a healthcare setting.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Facilitation, training and presentation skills.
- Experience with Adult education
- Results oriented with demonstrated ability to influence positive outcomes.
- Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with budget management
- Leadership role experience required.
- Satisfactory attendance record if internal
- Satisfactory vulnerable person’s sector criminal background check.
- Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization (2 or more doses)
