**What You’ll Be Doing**

The People & Culture Advisor offers guidance and support to Terracon’s leaders and employees with a focus on our values and workplace culture. As a trusted advisor, this role will provide support across all P&C functions, including, talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding activities and various people related initiatives, ensuring they are delivered in an effective manner.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide high quality advice and services in the areas of recruitment, employee relations and performance management issues.
- Support the People & Culture team in the development and implementation of programs to increase efficiencies and enhance the employee experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third party organizations such as schools, universities, indigenous partners and others.
- Support the on-boarding and off boarding for all employees.
- Maintenance of P&C data within the UKG platform.
- Support the P&C team by contributing and collaborating on development of projects, programs, and services to meet business requirements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with using UKG would be an asset

**Working Conditions, Schedule, and Physical Requirements**
- Legally authorized to work in Canada on an ongoing basis
- Must have valid driver’s license, with clean driver’s abstract
