**The Role**

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team, with the potential for longer-term position growth based on business needs. This individual will work across multiple brands under the Mycroft umbrella, supporting the marketing department with campaign execution, content creation, and brand management.

This position is ideal for someone with strong design skills and a strategic mindset. Someone who can confidently execute today’s tasks while keeping sight of the bigger picture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and execute marketing initiatives across Mycroft’s business portfolio
- Develop and design digital and print marketing materials (brochures, social media assets, presentations, signage, etc.) using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Assist with content creation for websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate and manage external vendors and suppliers as needed (e.g., printers, photographers)
- Contribute to marketing strategy sessions and provide input on brand development and growth opportunities
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics where appropriate

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education required, preferably in a relevant field
- 2+ years of hands-on design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- 2+ years of marketing experience in a professional setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute detailed tasks
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across various brands
- Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in the Furniture and Design Industry
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (Wordpress)
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- AutoCad experience

This role is based out of one of our businesses in Coquitlam, BC. However, since this role is for several of our businesses, occasional travel to our other offices will be required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
