- Implementation of work programs with the initial strategy defined by the heads of each project department.
- Periodic updating of the work program with actual information for further analysis, projections and reporting.
- Active participation in the updating processes and elaboration of new projections, coordinating a periodic meeting with each department head.
- Monthly analysis and monitoring of the performance and projection of key designated jobs.
- Presentation of results related to different analyses and communication of detected deviations, inconsistencies or future problems.
- A person who finds the best way to use all the resources.
- Performing any other activity, similar to the previous ones, at the request of the project management.

**The necessary requirements to assume these responsibilities are**:
Professional with University degree.
- 3 years of experience in construction, it is recommended to have worked in the production department.
- Handling software management.
- Required: Primavera P6, MS Project.
- Recommended: Synchro, Tilos.
- Handling of time management and risk management tools.
- Knowledge of the complete project management process and the different people who are involved.
- Must be able to interact in Spanish and English, a third language would be valuable.
