The nature of delivering clean air leaves little room for compromise and BGE is looking for more people that want to safely deliver clean, healthy indoor air environments because clean air matters **The day-to-day activities of our Account Manager will include**: - Outside Sales: Seek out and maintain accounts within the territory through business development and a strong understanding of BGE products, services, and their long-term value to customers. - Relationship & Account Management: Build and manage relationships with both existing and potential customers. Understand their operations, identify pain points, and propose meaningful, cost-effective solutions. - Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, etc.) to share customer insights, improve service delivery, and support business growth initiatives. - Strategic Target Achievement: Develop and independently execute strategic account plans to attain sales quotas and revenue and margin targets. - Site Airchecks and Inspections: Conduct walkthroughs, participate in customer operations meetings, and provide recommendations based on real-time site observations and data. - 3+ years of experience in a relevant customer-facing role such as sales, building operations, or facilities/property management. - Proven track record of self-directed work and goal achievement, particularly in developing new business or managing a territory. - Experience crafting and executing plans to grow account value and market presence. - Background in HVAC, mechanical systems, or technical environments is an asset but not required. We provide product training and onboarding support if you’re new to the industry.
