As an Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the implementation of all transactions involving equipment sales in the branch. Supporting the Equipment Specialists, Territory Salespeople and all other branch personnel. This is a great opportunity within our Equipment department to further develop your dental career.

**Major Duties**:

- Process all equipment orders from the Equipment Specialists, Territory Salespeople and internal/external customers
- Calculate pricing for equipment and prepare quotations
- Prepare & submit purchase orders to vendors, generate invoices, maintain equipment files, process credits and returns to the vendor
- Verify orders upon receipt from the shipper and receive inventory into the system
- Coordinate the installation or delivery of equipment with the Territory Salesperson, technician and installation team
- Maintain an optimum inventory of equipment items and customer file for all projects
- Maintain and update vendor price lists, promotions and equipment files
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Job qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College training in general business or accounting preferred.
- Previous experience in the dental field preferred.
- Computer and general accounting skills required.
- Strong organizational skills, sound judgment and excellent decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
