**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee distribution of project equipment.
- Help in improving asset management for both equipment and light duty fleet.
- Build and manage upcoming equipment requirement packages.
- Estimate the quantity of equipment needed to outfit the job.
- Closely monitor the equipment needs of each project.
- Working with field operations management to source the most feasible options for replacement.
- Receives, reviews, and expedites requisitions.
- Developing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining supply chain management strategies

that increase the efficiency and speed of supply operations.
- Consult regularly with clients, suppliers, and field operations.
- Implement operational policies and procedures.
- Handling all correspondence and negotiations with suppliers.
- Updating leadership about the actions of the equipment regularly.
- Coordinate all required work by vendors.
- Collaborating with internal departments to identify and close any operational gaps.
- Monitoring costs and staying within allocated budgets, and preparing reports.
- Reading and analyzing reports from supervisors and other employees.
- Updating executives about the actions of the equipment and trucking regularly.
- Other duties as required.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred).
