Mississauga, Canada The Surveillance Shop Full time

Since 1999, The Surveillance Shop has grown into one of the largest video surveillance implementer's in Canada. We offer the best equipment and the latest technology followed up with a team of committed, hardworking, service professionals. The Surveillance Shop is looking to fill a position for a Lead Security Technician that will be responsible for the installation and service of our full line of surveillance, access control & alarm products.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Perform installations including cabling, mounting and network setup
- Diagnose and repair installation issues
- Service calls
- Train clients and ensure the proper functionality of all systems in use
- Daily Reporting
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the clients
- Frequent overnight travel may be required

**Qualifications include**:

- 2+ years experience with CCTV, Access Control, Alarm systems
- Knowledge of Video Technology and Networking a definite asset
- Comfortable with working at heights (extension ladders, aerial lifts)
- Strong focus on customer service
- Valid Driver’s License with clean record
- Clean criminal record
- Motivated self-starter

**Experience**:

- CCTV and Video Technology: 2 years (preferred)
- Alarm Installation: 2 years (preferred)
- Access Control Installation: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
