Communicate installation updates and issues to the project manager or site lead in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal project teams and external vendors/subcontractors as needed.

Uphold site safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Represent the company professionally while on‑site, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Continuously build technical skills and product knowledge through on‑the‑job training and mentorship.

Physical ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in various site conditions.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Basic computer skills and comfort using digital tools (including proficiency in Excel and Word).

If you’re passionate about starting a career in security systems and meet most of the criteria, we’d love to hear from you, even if your experience isn’t a perfect match.

Hands‑on experience installing or servicing CCTV, access control, or alarm systems.

Familiarity with security system brands (e.g., Avigilon, Software House, American Dynamics, HID, DSC, Paradox, Kantech, etc.).

Completion of a college diploma, trade certification, or manufacturer training in electronics, electrical, security systems, or a related field.
