**Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, management, and optimization of our service offerings, including cable TV packages, internet plans, and phone services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities to drive product innovation.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support. Facilitate communication and coordination across departments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement. Ensure that our products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements or changes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products and services.

Nous recherchons un Chef de Produit dynamique et axé sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable du développement, de la gestion et de l'optimisation de nos offres de services, y compris les forfaits de télévision par câble, les plans Internet et les services téléphoniques.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Identifier les besoins des clients, les tendances du marché et les opportunités concurrentielles pour stimuler l'innovation des produits.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de marketing, de ventes et de service client pour assurer des lancements de produits réussis et un soutien continu. Faciliter la communication et la coordination entre les départements.
- Réaliser des études de marché et des analyses pour comprendre les tendances de l'industrie, les préférences des clients et le paysage concurrentiel. Utiliser les informations pour orienter les décisions et la stratégie produit.
- Recueillir et analyser les retours des clients pour identifier les points de douleur et les opportunités d'amélioration des produits. Assurer que nos produits répondent ou dépassent les attentes des clients.
- Formuler des recommandations basées sur les données pour les améliorations ou les modifications des produits.
**Qualifications**:
- Diplôme de Bachelor en Commerce, Marketing, Ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe. Un MBA ou un diplôme de niveau supérieur pertinent est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques avec la capacité d'interpréter les données et de prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement avec des équipes transversales.
- Compétences avérées en gestion de projets avec un historique de lancement et de gestion réussis de produits.
- Esprit orienté vers le client avec une passion pour la livraison de produits et services de haute qualité.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $92,856.00-$99,244.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
