We are committed to continuous improvement, safety, and innovation in all aspects of our operations.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Production Systems Manager to optimize our production processes and support plant operations through the application of industrial engineering principles, data analysis, and best practices in manufacturing management. This role focuses on systems, processes, and performance improvement rather than direct personnel supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesLead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction).Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations.Support production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve efficiency.Implement and sustain modern manufacturing tools and practices.Contribute to the digitalization of plant data (ERP, reporting, dashboards).Ensure processes align with safety and environmental compliance standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (chemical, food, or heavy industry preferred).Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and KPI systems.Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).Strong communication skills in English and French.Knowledge of chemical plant operations an asset, but not required.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to influence operations at a leading EPS manufacturing site.A culture of safety, teamwork, and innovation.Version françaiseÀ propos de nousEpsilyte Canada est un producteur de premier plan de polystyrène expansible (EPS), utilisé dans l’isolation, l’emballage et des applications spécialisées. Ce poste est axé sur les systèmes, processus et l’amélioration de la performance, plutôt que sur la supervision directe du personnel.Responsabilités principalesDiriger les initiatives d’amélioration continue (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, réduction des pertes).Développer et suivre des indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour les opérations.Appuyer la planification, l’ordonnancement et l’optimisation des flux de travail.Collaborer avec les équipes Opérations, Entretien et Qualité pour améliorer l’efficacité.Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des outils modernes de gestion manufacturière.Contribuer à la digitalisation des données de l’usine (ERP, rapports, tableaux de bord).Veiller à ce que les processus respectent les normes de sécurité et de conformité environnementale.QualificationsBaccalauréat en génie industriel ou domaine connexe.Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en milieu manufacturier (industrie chimique, alimentaire ou lourde un atout).Solide connaissance du Lean Manufacturing, de l’amélioration continue et des systèmes de performance.Maîtrise des outils d’analyse de données (Excel, Power BI, ERP).Excellente communication en français et en anglais.Connaissance des opérations en usine chimique un atout, mais non essentielle.Ce que nous offronsSalaire compétitif et avantages sociaux.Possibilité d’influencer les opérations dans un site de production EPS de premier plan.Une culture de sécurité, de collaboration et d’innovation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
