**HR/Administrative Assistant**
**Location**: Phillips Park
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM
**Start Date**: June 1, 2025
**Pay**: From $17.00 per hour
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Work Location**: In person, in office
We’re looking for a **highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant / Recruiter** to join our vibrant and fast-paced sales office This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, and is eager to take initiative, all while contributing to our growing team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Perform general office duties, including running occasional errands
- Provide a professional, welcoming experience for all guests and visitors
- **Recruiting & Onboarding**:
- Conduct pre-screening phone calls and schedule interviews
- Manage and streamline the onboarding process for all new hires
- **Social Media Support**:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing posts across company social media accounts
- Collaborate with the team to promote job openings and company events online
- Help grow our online presence and engagement through creative content and regular updates
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Google Drive and office software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles is a strong asset
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or reception/admin role
- A self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-energy sales office
- Participating in conferences and Teamnights
