Trainee will be required to do a variety of afternoons and nights shift until they have learned all mobile routes

We require strong communication skills and Mobile experience for this roll and some management experience in the security field

**Footprints is looking for a Mobile Patrol Supervisor Trainee Victoria BC
**General Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our mobile patrol division staff, Static guards and Regional Director of Operations
- Ability to provide training and mentoring to our security professionals on security policies and procedures in a calm effective manner;
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships;
- Proactively manage team members with a focus on employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance of direct reports;
- Work effectively with other departments, demonstrating strong administrative skills;
- Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support of employees including assisting with on going training, providing corrective support, and ensuring adherence to all company policy;
- Flexible availability including afternoons and evenings (*Must be available weekends* )
- Must be physically capable of driving, walking, and conducting patrols of various areas

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Valid BC Security Worker's Licence
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
- Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures
- Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical manner
- Possess sound judgement and decision-making skills, with a ‘hands on’ approach to problem solving; strong conflict resolution skills required;
- A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills;
- Must have strong leadership, social interaction, and organizational skills; proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships;
- Possess strong knowledge of security procedures, scheduling, and managing people within a security services environment;
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
