**Footprints is looking for a Security Mobile Patrol Driver in Victoria, BC**

**Must have flexible availability including afternoons, evenings and overnights (*Must be available weekends*)

**General Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our Mobile Patrol division staff, Static Guards and Regional Director of Operations
- Ability to provide training and mentoring to our security professionals on security policies and procedures in a calm effective manner
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Proactively manage team members with a focus on employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance of direct reports
- Work effectively with other departments, demonstrating strong administrative skills
- Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support of employees including assisting with on going training, providing corrective support, and ensuring adherence to all company policy

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Valid BC Security Worker's License
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean driver's abstract
- Flexible availability including afternoons, evenings and overnights (*Must be available weekends* )
- Must be physically capable of driving, walking, and conducting patrols of various areas
- Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures
- Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical manner
- Possess sound judgement and decision-making skills, with a ‘hands on’ approach to problem solving; strong conflict resolution skills required
- A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills
- Must have strong leadership, social interaction, and organizational skills; proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Possess strong knowledge of security procedures, scheduling, and managing people within a security services environmentStrong observation and communication skills
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
