**Focus Hyundai** is looking for an experienced leader to join its sales management team in the role of **Sales Manager** This leadership role will allow you to coach a team to reveal its true potential, as the number one Hyundai dealership in Manitoba

Reporting to the General Manager and General Sales Manager, our **Sales Managers** are responsible for the direction of the Sales department. You will be setting goals, training salespeople, building your team, monitoring performance, working with Service, Parts, our Body Shop and Marketing to provide exceptional customer service for our clients.
