**Acura of Moncton is seeking a Fixed Operations Manager to join our team**

As the Fixed Operations Manager, you will lead your team to success by being a coach and a mentor based on your career experience in the automotive industry. You will be client-focused, ensuring profitability, efficiency and accuracy.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Supervising technicians in repair procedures
- Checking the quality of service repairs performed, ensuring dealership standards are met
- Reviewing all shop comebacks with appropriate technicians
- Maintaining shop tools and equipment
- Working with the Parts & Service teams to ensure efficiency and provide support
- Oversee the flow of the Parts Department, including inventory
- Organizing shop floor and parking lot to ensure maximum efficiency and cleanliness
- Properly training personnel for further skill development
- Reviewing productivity and efficiency records of personnel on a regular basis
- Recommending and coordinating training for service staff

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in an automotive career
- Proven leadership skills
- Be well organized; possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.
- Managerial experience is considered an asset
