**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to discuss financing options, explain terms and conditions, and assist them in completing necessary paperwork.
- Compliance: Ensure that all finance and insurance (F&I) transactions comply with OMVIC standards and federal guidelines. Stay updated on changes in financing regulations and practices.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to structure deals that optimize profitability while meeting customer needs. Assist in closing vehicle sales by providing attractive financing options.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on F&I performance, including profit margins, penetration rates, and loan approvals. Present findings to senior management and suggest improvements.
- Contract Signing: Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
- Product Sales: Promote and sell finance-related products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and vehicle protection plans.
- Funding: Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, transparent, and ethical service. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Training: Provide ongoing training to the sales team on finance-related topics, including how to present financing options and products to customers.
- Dealership Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with lenders and other financial partners to ensure a wide range of financing options for customers.
- Risk Management: Assess the risk associated with financing deals and take appropriate measures to mitigate potential losses for the dealership.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance or a similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle sales and finance processes.

**Skills**:
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of lending practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in finance-related software and dealership management systems (e.g., Route One, PBS )
- Ability to analyze financial data and reports
- High level of integrity and ethical standards
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
**Working Conditions**:
- Schedule: Full-time position.
- Environment: Primarily in-office setting within the dealership, with frequent interactions with customers, sales staff, and financial institutions.
