**Position Summary**

The **F&I Manager** is responsible for securing financing, presenting protection products, finalizing all documentation, and delivering a smooth, professional, and transparent vehicle-buying experience. This role requires strong salesmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust quickly.

**Key Responsibilities Finance & Sales**
- Present financing options, extended warranties, protection plans, and aftermarket products in a transparent, value-driven way
- Secure vehicle financing and leasing through multiple lending partners and banks
- Maximize product penetration while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly F&I performance objectives and product sales targets

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently (bill of sale, loan agreements, protection product forms, OMVIC/UCDA requirements)
- Ensure compliance with OMVIC, privacy laws, and all financial regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, rates, and incentives
- Perform thorough deal audits before delivering files to accounting
- Protect customer information and uphold dealership integrity at all times

**Customer Experience**
- Provide a warm, professional, and pressure-free experience
- Clearly explain all terms, payments, lender requirements, and product benefits
- Assist customers in understanding credit, trade-ins, lien payouts, and insurance needs
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure fast, seamless delivery
- Address customer questions with honesty, accuracy, and empathy

**QualificationsRequired**
- 2+ years of F&I, automotive retail, or financial services experience
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, credit analysis, and protection products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical decision-making
- Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software (CDK, Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar)
