Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are stocked appropriately
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts and accessories
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and messages effectively

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and customer orders efficiently
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems for processing transactions
- Ability to negotiate prices with customers while maintaining profitability
- Basic math skills for calculating costs, discounts, and invoices
- Previous experience in a dealership or retail sales environment is beneficial
- Familiarity with sales management practices is an advantage
