Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the telecommunications job site.
Please note that this is a 4-month contract.
**What You'll Do Here**:
- Tracks, record, and report attendance of all site personnel, board allowance and vehicle allowance.
- Handle invoices with respect to distribution to appropriate departments for approval.
- Assist with the creation and submission of project billing.
- Coordinate and prepare job packages including locates, permits, materials.
- Ensure and assist in the completion of accident reports.
- Maintain an organized data system.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
**What You Bring to the Team**:
- Experience in an administrator position, within the construction industry considered an asset.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at once.
- Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from front line to senior executive.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
