ABOUT THE JOB: Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for
helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.
- Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated

high-energy self-starter, have a friendly personality, be a good motivator/coach, and
enjoy sales and marketing. As the face of the company inside the Club, you set the tone
for the club culture.
- Compensation is primarily through hourly wage however there are monthly bonus options available as well.
- REQUIREMENTS:

- enjoy working in a health club environment
- have a friendly, outgoing personality
- genuinely care about helping others
- be able to assign, prioritize, and delegate tasks and responsibilities
- be able to work alone, without direct supervision
- be able to build and cultivate club culture and membership base

EXPERIENCE:

- experience in customer service an asset
- experience in sales an asset
- basic fitness knowledge an asset, but not required

Staffed Hours:
Monday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Tuesday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Thursday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Friday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Right now in particular we are looking for someone to work as many days in the week as possible. We are flexible with availability for the most part as we schedule each month out in advance.
