**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet members and guests warmly, address questions, provide facility tours, and support members with their needs.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, including workout areas, locker rooms, and common spaces, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.
- **Membership Sales & Lead Follow-Up**: Assist in signing up new members, answering membership inquiries, and calling potential leads to encourage membership sign-up.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Brainstorm and help create content on social media to engage current members and attract new ones. Promote upcoming events, share fitness tips, and celebrate member achievements.
- **Member Engagement**: Build rapport with members, encourage participation in gym activities, and support a positive gym culture by fostering connections.

**Desired Experience**:

- **Customer Service**: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (reception, retail, hospitality) is preferred, with a focus on delivering friendly and professional service.
- **Sales and Communication**: Experience with phone communication, customer engagement, and membership or sales-related roles is advantageous.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Familiarity with cleaning or maintaining a workplace is a plus, as maintaining a spotless gym environment is a key part of the role.
- **Fitness Experience**:Hvaing experience with working out and/or fitness is a huge plus and will be considered heavily.

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
