**Summary**

As a Shift Leader at DQ Grill & Chill Fergus, you will play a vital role in managing daily operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of food quality and service while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations during shifts to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage food preparation processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate transactions using the POS system.
- Train new staff on food handling procedures and restaurant policies.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Fast Food Restaurant : 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)

**Location**:

- Fergus, ON (preferred)
