- If you have your Grade 12 High School Diploma/equivalent, along with skillset below and take pride in your work & your workplace, we want to hear from you We are located in Fergus, Ontario.- **Preferred** 2 years of experience in a factory/manufacturing environment
- **Minimum** 6 months of experience working rotating shifts, including nights.
- Set up experience on factory machinery and/or a demonstrated level of mechanical aptitude.
- Above average trouble shooting skills
- Excellent safety record
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

**We are a unionized environment with a starting base hourly rate of $27.62. We offer pension contribution PLUS matching contribution, benefits, gainshare, safety shoes & glasses allowance and an on-site gym for your use.**

No phone calls please.- We operate 24/7 and have Monday - Friday 8 hour weekly rotating shifts of midnights, afternoons and days, and 12 hour rotating continental shifts. The continental shift includes working every other weekend and public holidays. Applicants must have availability to work any shift.
