**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- The Warehouse/Store lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and store, ensuring efficient material handling, inventory accuracy, and timely support to production and dispatch teams.
- Supervising and managing all warehouse/store activities including inbound, outbound, and internal material movement.
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels through stock counts, reconciliations, and monitoring discrepancies.
- Implementing and overseeing SAP-based inventory transactions, stock reporting, and issue tracking.
- Ensuring proper material issuance for production based on FIFO and JIT principles.
- Coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintaining documentation for material receipt, dispatch, damage claims, and daily reporting.
- Leading a small team, delegating tasks, and maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Ensuring implementation of workplace safety procedures in accordance with company and local standards.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize warehouse layout, stock handling, and resource utilization.
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety measures.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while promoting best practices among team members.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with prior leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently allocate resources and manage team schedules.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing accuracy.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication within diverse teams.
- Administrative skills for maintaining records and reports related to warehouse operations.
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and dispatch planning.
- Proficient in using SAP ERP for stock issuance, GRN, stock transfer, and inventory reports is preffered
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance for warehouse environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.50-$27.50 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
