**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the design, development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote One Dental’s services and strengthen the brand.

Flyers: Assist in reviewing flyer designs, coordinate printing and delivery dates. Coordinate distribution dates etc.

Brand Awareness & Reputation Management: Help develop campaigns that enhance brand recognition and manage the online reputation of the company, including online reviews and customer engagement. (Reputation management, Patient Loyalty, Online presence, Community involvement, Differentiation etc.)

Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, website copy, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Market Research & Analysis: Support efforts to conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and customer preferences, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Lead Generation: Contribute towards strategies to generate leads and convert them into new patient appointments, measuring results to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Community Outreach & Events: Support the planning and coordination of events, webinars, and promotions to engage with the local community, build relationships, and increase brand loyalty.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work collaboratively with the HR, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals and customer needs.

Reporting & Analytics: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), compiling data, and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Advertising & Promotions: Help coordinate the development and distribution of print and digital advertisements, special promotions, and discount programs to attract and retain patients.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
As the Dental Marketing Coordinator, you may be asked to take on additional duties or projects as needed, which may evolve over time to meet the company’s growing needs and objectives.
