  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of RFP, RFQ, and proposal submissions for public and private construction projects
  • Research potential opportunities and assess fit based on company capabilities and project scope
  • Develop, edit, and format proposal documents and templates using Adobe InDesign and other tools
  • Collaborate with estimating, project management, and business development teams to gather accurate and compelling project information
  • Maintain and update a library of resumes, project sheets, and proposal content for future use
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and networking events to enhance company visibility and relationships within the industry

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing or business development role involving RFP/RFQ coordination or proposal writing
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the construction industry (contracting, consulting, or design) is a strong asset
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proof-reading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and general document management tools
