**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with managing front desk schedule
- Functions according to reception protocol, procedures, time scales.
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in for their appointments
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's appointment book
- Handle payments, including processing credit card transactions and issuing receipts
- Provide information about spa services and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with other tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer and software programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and credit card processing is a plus
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
