Security Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional for the full-time role of **Security Operations Coordinator - Scheduler/Dispatcher**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and scheduling static security officers for sites as required
- Assigning tasks to Field Support Supervisors
- Maintaining communication with supervisors, site managers, and security officers
- Responding to emergency calls and giving direction

**Qualifications**:

- A Valid BC Security License
- High School diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
- At least one year of experience in the security industry
- At least one year of experience in a scheduling or dispatching
- Experience in an administrative and data entry role is an asset
- Technical skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Windows Operating system, and the ability to type at least 70 WPM

**Reporting Structure**:
This position reports to the **Operations Manager**. In addition, the position will receive direction from other Senior Fusion Security Management from time to time.

**Shift Structure**:

- **Full time**: 40 hours per week
- **Shift Model**: 12-hour shifts, based on a 4 day on 3 day off schedule
- **Availability**: 7 days a week including weekends
- **Location**: Head Office in Burnaby
