Il est connu pour ses grandes marques et ses collections de designers internationales, ainsi que pour sa mode exclusive et branchée pour femmes, hommes et enfants. Comptant aujourd'hui 70 magasins, l'entreprise montréalaise cherche à consolider son avance sur le marché en poursuivant l'innovation et la diversification dans les secteurs numérique et omnicanal.
**Description de tâches**
**Responsabilités**
Optimiser le taux de conversion du site Web et la valeur de conversion
- Diriger une équipe agile de CRO et utiliser les tests A/B, carte de fréquentation _(heat map)_ et d'autres outils _UX_ pour augmenter la conversion du site Web lors de sprints périodiques
- Élaborer une stratégie _CRO_ tenant compte à la fois du score _ICE_ et, surtout, de l'alignement sur les objectifs et résultats clés _(OKR)_ de l'entreprise
- Gérer la navigation sur le site, la taxonomie, la recherche, les catégories, les filtres et le positionnement des produits en partenariat avec l'équipe de marchandisage
- Analyser les données quotidiennes (GA, Tableau, Data Studio, SFCC) et identifier les opportunités d'améliorer le processus numérique du client
- Travailler avec les équipes de développement et de conception UX pour favoriser la conversion, le panier moyen, l'engagement et le NPS
Audits concurrentiels
- Suivre les tendances de la concurrence pour s'assurer que l'expérience numérique de Browns est la plus performante
Équipe de soutien
- Soutenir l'équipe de marchandisage avec les téléchargements d'images et de contenu, au besoin.
**Exigences**
- Baccalauréat ; le diplôme de maîtrise est un atout mais pas une nécessité
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le commerce électronique _B2C_
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de l'optimisation du taux de conversion _(CRO)_
- Expérience avec de multiples outils de test A/B
- Fortes compétences écrites en anglais
- La connaissance de la plateforme Salesforce est un atout majeur
- Expérience et aisance dans l'utilisation d'outils d'analyse web tels que _GA_, _SFMC_, Tableau, etc.
- Expérience avérée de la collaboration interfonctionnelle
- Un sens aigu et démontré de l'empathie envers le client

Browns Shoes is Canada’s leading independent shoe retailer. The company is known for its top brands and international designer collections as well as its exclusive street savvy fashion for women, men, and kids. Now with 70 stores, the Montreal-based company is looking to further its lead in the market through continued innovation and disruption in the digital and omni spaces.
**Responsibilities**
Drive website conversion and conversion value
- Run CRO agile squad and use A/B testing, heat mapping, and other UX tools to increase website conversion in regular sprints
- Build CRO roadmap that considers both ICE scoring, but more importantly, alignment with corporate OKRs
- Manage site navigation, taxonomy, search, categories, filters, and product placement in partnership with the Marketing Merchandising Team
- Review daily analytics (GA, Tableau, Data Studio, SFCC) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s digital journey
- Work with development and UX design teams to drive conversion, AOV, engagement, and NPS
Competitive Audits
- Monitor competitor trends to ensure Browns’ digital experience is best in class
Team
- Support Merchandising team with image and content uploads when needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree a plus but not necessary
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2C e-commerce
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CRO role
- Experience with multiple A/B testing tools
- Strong English writing skills
- Salesforce platform knowledge a strong plus
- Experience and comfort working with web analytics tools such as including GA, SFMC, Tableau
- Demonstrated track record of working cross functionally
- Strong and demonstrated sense of customer empathy
