**Availability**: Open - Monday to Saturday

As the Sales Team Leader at Lindsay Kia, your day to day will be overseeing the sales department through personnel development, F&I management, lead generation, managing showroom traffic, customer care and developing internal processes.

**You’ll love your position as the Sales Team Leader**:

- **Sales Management**: train, coach, mentor and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets consistently
- **Sales floor extraordinaire**: oversee showroom traffic, internet leads and phone inquiries.
- **F&I Management**: present and sell financial products, complete all paperwork, maintain strong relationships with lenders, achieve F&I product penetration and maintain gross profit objectives.
- **Operational Oversight**: optimize new and used vehicle inventory management, ensure the lot is presented up to Company standards.
- **Customer**-**Centric Focus**: build strong, sustainable relationships to drive satisfaction and retention while also addressing any needs in order to maintain a high CSI.
- Other duties as assigned.

**We’d love to hear from you, if**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales management.
- OMVIC certification.
- Technically savvy and prior DMS (PBS) experience is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Valid G driver's license and a clean abstract.
