- **Job Description**_
You’ll help lead the team by example, support store day to day operations and housekeeping, contribute to merchandising and visual displays, and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and happy.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Opening and closing to ready the store for success
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, patience, and professionalism
- Assist and lead team members in maintaining store standards and operations
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and product knowledge
- Help manage scheduling, staff support, and daily problem-solving
- Look into and follow up on **special orders** for customers, ensuring timely updates and a seamless experience
- Foster a positive, team-first environment with enthusiasm and initiative
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
- Create memorable shopping experiences that keep customers coming back
- Contribute creative ideas for store improvement, product selection, and promotions
- **Position Requirement**_
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally in fashion
- Customer service experience is a great asset.
- Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-first attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Available for weekday and weekend shifts as required
- Balance multiple tasks and customer needs at once, especially during peak times (prom, grad, etc.)
- Ability to stay composed and organized in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Tech-savvy; social media and computer skills are a bonus
- Passionate about fashion and making people feel great
