We're Hiring: Head Executive Chef

Join our fast-paced, trendy and popular restaurant as the Head Executive Chef. We’re looking for a bold, creative leader to take the reins of our kitchen, working alongside an amazing, experienced BOH team that’s already firing on all cylinders. Bring your vision, passion, and leadership — and help us take things to the next level.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling practices, and restaurant management skills.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively.
- Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and creativity within the kitchen.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef within the food industry.
- Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food service operations.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
- Previous experience in restaurant management, along with a solid understanding of kitchen operations.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
