**Responsibilities**
- Analyze insurance policies, claims, underwriting guidelines, and premiums for accuracy and risk exposure.
- Assess claims history and trends to forecast future liabilities and inform underwriting strategies.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key risk factors and insurance performance.
- Collaborate with underwriting, legal, finance, and risk management teams to support insurance program design.
- Conduct market research on insurance products and industry benchmarks.
- Assist in the preparation of insurance renewals and RFPs.
- Maintain and audit insurance-related databases and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in insurance analysis, underwriting, risk management, or a related role.
- Professional Designations (LLQP, CSC) a bonus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and database querying.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations, policy structures, and claims processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
