**Job description**

**Role: IT System Analyst**

Reflex Integrated Inc. is a leading Canadian-based IT service provider. We provide end-to-end IT solutions to support existing and growing business needs for clients across North America. We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company that is looking for a skilled IT System Analyst to join our team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support related to company tools, systems, software and/or hardware, as needed.
- Troubleshoot and address IT issues and requests.
- Document issues with known resolution and/or known workaround fixes
- Accurately and effectively log and maintain incidents in ticketing system
- Assist with employee Onboarding/Offboarding IT requirements
- Assist with various technical projects and training initiatives
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance with requirements
- Implement security measures as required
- Given the nature of the industry, after hours work will be required from time to time
- Duties, responsibilities and activities may change periodically, or new ones may be assigned according to the company needs.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming
- Knowledge/Understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows OS, O365, etc.
- Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Passion for IT
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
- Ability to work with people (clients and internal staff) in a professional manner.
- Ability to support customers in a tactful and effective manner.
- Show understanding and relate to customers.
- Self-motivated mindset to drive results
- Open minded, team player, with a willingness to learn and improve
- Fluency in French is an asset
