At this time Northland Properties is looking for a PPC/SEM Specialist to join its growing Digital team. This role will effectively use paid media to connect our brands with their respective online customers based on insights & data.

This individual will lead our pay-per-click efforts including search, remarketing & display campaigns thus directly impacting CPA, ROAS & revenue targets for our hotels & restaurants. This role will appeal to someone who enjoys the fast pace of the hospitality industry, has a technical background with attention to detail. Past success with acquisition campaigns and experience within travel & hospitality e-commerce will be advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement & fully own paid media efforts including search, remarketing & display campaigns.
- Research both branded & non-branded keywords, audiences, ad formats and campaign options, geo-targets, etc for each business unit within Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, etc.
- Assess & deploy campaigns on industry specific channels such as Expedia Travel Ads, Sojern, OpenTable, SkipTheDishes, DoorDash, etc.
- Queue ads/campaigns for chain/brand, region, cluster or individual hotels or restaurants as necessary. This includes both acquisition & remarketing using text, display and/or video ad formats.
- Continuously improve paid media performance using industry best practices within established revenue, CPA, ROAS guidelines.
- Work closely with other members of digital marketing, brand marketing & operations teams to ensure proper planning, execution, evaluation and optimization of ongoing & new campaigns.
- Track, record and report performance metrics on weekly/monthly basis and assemble them into executive-ready format.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of PPC/SEM experience with proven knowledge of various components, tactics and channels.
- Proven track record in delivering results through paid media including non-branded search.
- Demonstrable project management & campaign execution experience.
- Creative, inventive thinker and problem-solver with a 'can do' and 'will do' attitude.
- Proven ability to manage relationships & workflows involving diverse operational groups.
- Motivated, outgoing personality with solid command of the English language (written & spoken).
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML, SEO, Google Analytics (incl. Google Tag Manager) & Social Ad Platforms (eg. Facebook Audiences) is required.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Google Adwords, Bing Ads & Facebook Blueprint Certifications will be highly beneficial.
