**Position Summary**:
ErinoakKids is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a temporary full-time position as a Speech-Language Pathologist out of the Mississauga Site. The Speech-Language Pathologist is part of a team that supports the prevention, identification, assessment and treatment of speech, language and feeding challenges within our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide assessment and intervention in speech and language services with broad range of communication, developmental and medical profiles
- Manage assigned caseload in accordance with Early Development process flows and contribute to the quality of care to clients through adherence to the professional standards of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists
- Refer to and collaborate with community partners as appropriate
- Support client families by providing training and resources to parents that will support the development of communication skills at home, in conjunction with team members
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO);
- Two years of clinical experience working with children with special needs preferred
- Well-developed clinical skills including: early language; developmental/medical delays/disorders, AAC, parent/caregiver coaching
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Familiarity with Client Grouping Model (CGM) and “F-Words” associated with ICF framework is an asset
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
